i guess the little seagull didn't really like his mother because his search ends pretty soon... anyway, like the melancholy, good rythm but make it a little longer please.

melo sounds familiar...anyway, too short :p and it could really really need an accompanying piano-melo (with subtle, slightly repetitive, low notes...if ya know what I mean...probably not). Keep'em coming!
I needed to listen about 3 times to it, yeah :).. I do like the strings, they are like almost perfect.. (i mean, the sound).. I don't like the beat, it's so, boring.. Try to make it more interesting with adding some FX, or using other sounds.. Melodywise i agree with heatfuse, and it is too short.. I really like the general idea, it fits, it's nice, but a bit more details (production, FX) and it will shine! Keep working!
What about adding an instrument with lots of reverb and phaser-like movements.
