This song is made very mathematically (scuse my spelling if i'm wrong) it is divided in a parts rythms of 5/4 6/8 to 7/8 to 6/8 to 5/4 all the sounds goes on a different consistent tempo so it's hard to listen to the song and know where a melody ends or begins, but that i think is the interesting part of it.
Many of my songs i put on the category of IDM. Actually I do know shit about idm except for aphex twin, squarepusher and some others. I just say its idm because of the literally meaning of intelligent dance music. I studie jazz guitar, so I know a lot about harmony and crazy beat measserments. So in this way it's more intelligent than the most electronical music. But actually i don't care a f*** about style, and i just want to 'prikkel' the human fantasy especially my own fantasy and explore the musical boarders, i alsoo trie this with live music.
yeah this is great , sounds like snoepjes and tastes like music, good music that is wel te verstaan.

for me these different rythm parts are PURE IDMstyle.(A 100%pure IDM track for me is for example Autechre's Flutter) I really like IDM so logically I like your style.And your style is verry original (heard all your other stuff too ,so) IDM is also about listening to music on another way IMO,you know,listening to a track that is difficult to listen to and then trying to find the "interestingness" about it. And this offcourse achieved by experimenting in listening AND in creating. Great track.
beautifully said,cool thing about IDM is that all interesting electronic stuff that dont fit somewhere else allways fits in IDM.Well maybe not in the early idm years but...you know (dont forget autechre in IDM)

whats hard to listen to? this is great muze mate... some false bass notes around 1:20 imo, but the total concept is great, the calculated chaos in ritm & melo make it yours be proud of it...thumbs up
