Script for reinstalling packages?

Hi,

Just loaded a Stretch image here. What I'd like to find is a way I can list installed packages under Jessie in a format I can stick onto the Stretch machine and feed to apt-get install (or something). So It will install the same packages under Stretch that I had under Jessie, but the current versions of course.
