Music Playlists not playing

Hello,

When I try and play my mix in an occupied room, it shows in the queue but it does not play. It's the same for the other people in the room too. I have exited the room, come back. I have also cleared my cache and completely logged out and back in again - nothing. Is this happening to anyone else?

Please help.
