Start your musical journey by discovering amazing songs and artists
You can create a link to make your own music appear into peoples iGoogle or Google Reader. iGoogle is the home page for the google search engine that people can customize.
When people add your feed to their iGoogle, a summary of latest songs you post(ed) to electrobel is shown on their custom google page. When people "expand" the item, they can even play all your music on electrobel inside google!
SHORTLINK:
150 is to be replaced with your own electrobel artist number
optionally, you can change co.uk to any Electrobel country if you are from there.
STEP BY STEP:
Via the Google Webmaster - Add Content page:
http://www.google.com/webmasters/add.html
you can add your own RSS feed.
Your own RSS feed is on top right on your profile: "My Songs". The link to your RSS feed can be found on your own profile page, via tab "My World" - "Profile".
Your own RSS feed contains your artist number. It should look something like this:
itpc://www.electrobel.co.uk/podcast/songs/150.rss
Copy your own RSS feed link to text editor, and change
itpc://
into
http://
and if you copied my link from keithbianchi above change
150
into
??? your artist number ???
If you are from a different country than the United Kingdom change
electrobel.co.uk
into your countries portal
electrobel.be
(or: .nl .it .fr)
Put the complete edited RSS url into the Google Webmaster - Add Content page:
Choose: Content type: RSS feed
Choose: One gadget
Choose a button
Enter your (edited) RSS feed here:
http://www.electrobel.co.uk/podcast/songs/150.rss
Generate HTML.
Push the button on the Google Webmaster - Add Content page to generate the HTML.
You can see the link to add your songs on electrobel within the href=" ":
150 is to be replaced with your own electrobel artist number
optionally, you can change co.uk to any Electrobel country if you are from there.
