An atmospheric/dreamy/melodic drum'n'bass track (or whatever you call it). I tried to make it evolve from something "conscious" to something "confused", with a small touch of melancholy... All feedback welcome !!
the beat here acts just as an ornament, i didn't spend much time on it, i wanted it to be simple, just to have some kind of redline throughout the track. thanks for your advices
again great pads/synths & breakcores , a pity yr BD lacks a bit strength ; EQ and a compressor could do the job
I go along with Bpolar's words this time.
aight, so the melo is fine, structure sava, but those breaks... You can obviously here taht it are just a snare, a basskick and some hihats thrown in between... The difficulty of dnb is to create a break that sounds a whole... good job tho, but for a dnb track, you should work on your breaks
hey this isnt bad ... at all. i like the dreamy float stuff only the beat sounds like you need some decent drumkits... bad. add me to your msn if you need some kits, i have loads of homegrown stuff... vegan78@hotmail.com
allright thank you... I didn't want to add a bassline, thought it wouldn't keep the contrast clear enough... I like this kind of atmospheric stuff, so yeah 'ill probably make another one, with a good bass, yeah i like bass...
nice melodics! (Is missing a bassline though :) )
Not really my cup of tea. But welldone. I prefer the rythm than the melodic part. Listening with headphones, it seems basses are missing in the rythm? n(^ù^)°
trying to combine 2 opposites is never easy and very seldom appreciated. But I always admire people that have the guts to try it anyway
I like it! Should add a litttle bass-line tough. Im always upto melodic ambient drum'n bass anyways. Some advice; You really should try to make an other one like this, and you would alreaddy hear an evolution. This track has great potential, but it could be even better. Play more with your beats and add a bassline.yeah try that... cheeryo'z!
