Well..hm.. Inspired by the minimal approach of guys like Reftsideleft, Dev & KidWisky, I've 'tried' something similar myself... Result 's isn't there... Didn't found that minimal funkie touch nor the strange blurpy screep sounds... Instead it has become some kind of minimal club beat... Tried to put some variations in the details, but heck... that's really though... It's harder then I thought to make this kind of music... I've got the feeling there's still not enough elements in it... All comments / tips are more then welcome... Grts!
Cool groove;certainly worth some retake, it has a nice vibe to it, i enjoyed it, only thing i miss is a powerfull pad on 1.20, i know it is 'intended' to be minimal, but follow your own musical ideas, cause usually i am very pleased with them :) Keep it up mate
i like the sound! this can use something extra imo... what i miss most are some melodic touches in the high spectrum... now the melodic aspect remains a bit too much bass-oriented i think. anyway, the groove is there! but i think u can get more out of it! definitely worth a retake! grtz
