I love classical music, I love electronic music and I adore the mixture of the two. BUT what I dont like is when classic music is being simulated by electronic instruments. The composition is okay, but the rest is not (especially the strings/violins are terrible)...what I mean is that with a real orchestra this would make one heck of a soundtrack. I know there's not much you can do about it, but it's just a personal statement that I wanted to make coz I've come across many songs like these (electronically simulated classical music :p) on Ebel
or with ochestral from edirol(softsynth).heatfuse is right but you almost can make it sound like a real orchestra with this fella.it's a little bit pricy though so...you just might consider too...well... cough cough...download it(there i said it)wich i offcourse never do...
My opinion: Maybe this wasn't intended to sound like an orchestra at all, so I'm not going to participate further in this discussion. What I wanna give you is this: The Synths (or strings if you want) sound a bit... trapped inside a cardboard box. I think you could put a little reverb on them to open them up. If you do that you have a hell of a song and then I'll have to put it in the favs!
he always uses,these uncomfortable sounds,cheap in my opinion!!! its sur-passed,last song i ment this too,i did not want to sound harsh-er then before. in this composition,there's need for atmosphere,room(reveb) man,i'm comenting a song that i heared a week ago,and i can still picture it,i'm just commenting cause some user,thought i was rude last time; but i was thinkin,hey...i ow that guy my vision,bad or good... if ya want to end up better ,ya just have to xept it. and be real,its only details and tatste that devides us,so dont be offended. if ya dident notice,i only comment songs,where i find the user promissing,if it would realy be crap,i would not write this....untill then greetz
And I think you should understand Cestqui's comment as a compliment, because he's right! How can you evolve when nobody comments (good or bad). At least he believes you can evolve!! BTW: second listen gets better!!
Yeah, i think he dont take time for create his own sound and for the mastering .. Yo SoLo wake up and work again on this, and that will be very very good :D
