Title refers to my state of mind lately: although I really should be working for my herexamens I'm constantly getting distracted by that goddamn internet and that cursed ableton. (it's exactly 666mb on my harddisk!) the concept of the track is that I wanted to make everything with my acoustic guitar: (drums-> tapping with thumb on klankkast=kick, with my nails=tak enz) I wanted to finish it as quickly as possible cuz I REALLY shouldn't be making new tracks now, so mastering sucks, recording is done with a tiny webcam-microphone so expect storingskes. Besides that usual omyiga atmo, buildup and outro but I enjoy it myself so why not. Perhaps a bit influenced by "Cheer" Edit: toch nog een bass-synth bijgesmeten to make it sound a bit fuller maaybe I'll make a 2nd version with more upfront drilly beats and better recorded guitars
Mooi, mooi. Please leave it this way It's beautiful as it is. things made in a jiffy usually come straight from heart and stomach!!!
beautifull dude, dont change a thing with this one, everything is very, very in place! i love it :)
nice, I would add some accordeon/melodica sounds to give it a folk touch :p maybe some reversed guitar
nice track! particularly with the noise at the end part..
yes all very good ideas; my original plan was acoustic guitar-only; but after the exams I'll edit it miskiens nog with your suggestions. And about the typical omyiga-ness: achja, er komen binnenkort omyigaliederen aan met een gans andere stijl, owyeah! thanks for listening und commenting (=
....a zeu scheune.... (as mentioned before;snif....snif....peu'teeeuuuu't!) fits the profile pic perfectly again. I would dare to use a counter-melody at the end ,to give it nen twist,.. verry nice subtle evolution with the effex'in.
that's true ^^; that's why I don't like editting and changing I think I'll just re-record 2 loops that aren't fully 'in de maat' and make the beats a bit more upfront/drillier thanks for the comments y'all
dik dik, getokkel & beats could be more upfront^^ (why not go nuts with them and effect the lot?) thumbup!!!
I like the accoustic touch here. your way of recording gives the song a certain mood. apart from that maybe a bit typical omyiga/post-rock qua chords and stuff, but that would be my only remark, if it even is one.
echt vrie vrie dik man! boh
