ive tried to make a technotrack, spot the beat-sample :) and give me some comments
it reminds of the second part of the long version of underworlds born slippy. I think there is some potential it this. But i would leave the vocal out and i would put in an extra sound . well this is just my feeling offcourse. Grtz
yarh, the vocal will dissappear probably, its just in there for the moment coz the beat isnt complete yet, but great compliment that u say it reminds u of underworld!!!
REally huge beat... Maybe put a phatter kick and put the voice with a lower pitch and many echo , so you will get something like dj rush - get on up , which is a real techno smash :) Great vibe, get it out ! waiting for final version !
ur right that the kick isnt there right now, seems to be a bit lost while compressing or something, will boost it up, about the vocals: im in fact seeking somebody to do a similar kind of vocals to record myself coz this one has copyright-issues
This song has a great potential. I'd try to lower the decay and the pitch of the kick slightly and increase the volume of it the kick. Use multiband compression when mastering the stereo bus.
