electronic popsong with vocals.. tried to make some classicaly structured popsong with electronics and exf., rythm, bass and Thomas Dolby-like violins and a theremin (god I love this!) lyrics: You and I - a big mistake you said we're not a sea, just a lake too confined, lacking any freedom combined we can still become one All I say is, take your time (2x) You and I - I can forget you said it's not a dream, we're wide awake uncensored lacking any reason it's not a game, it's not an act of treason All I say is, take your time take your time I'd warmly welcome comments... it's a totally new way of making music for me and I'd like to read your constructive thoughts. (masterd through headies)
Something different, not easy to get into. It's an acquired taste to get into the soundpicture and arrangement. I'm listening on laptop speakers right now so I probably ain't fully enjoying it at maximum sound quality, I'll check back later to give some more indepth analysis. All I know so far is, that your vocal arrangement is well-done at first impression considering the odd build and structure. I like it when people dare to think outside the square som I'm sure that after a couple more listenings (on decent speakers) this will be a total delight to my ears. More later...
(just that reversed piano you occasionely use is a bit loud in comparison with the rest) theremin, waw, nice! cool, easy vibe hm...Donno what else to say or comment on...fine work you did. cheerz.
nice track ,of course very well structured Didn't know you're a Theremin lover... you know that it was used on 'good vibrations'/Beach Boys , so everytime I here a Theremin it brings me back to this song; good track
Nice track! Some sounds could sound better (rythmic part - the volume of some instruments - fx on the vocals) But its a nice piece as it is now.. greetz
Loved it Synths are just great As Horny Potam says, rythmic part could sound better and little fx on the vocals would help +++ !
at the 1rst time.....bof at the 2nd time ....wow This song asks for several listening.....
thank god I listened to it a hundred times now... imagine not liking your own songs ;.) anyway, already a big hug for commenting this track. It's not E.O.M. (electrobel-oriented music) but it has a right to be here I guess.
Very good track, fine production, classy stuff
Another shot at this one, as promised. What I love in this track, is that vocal arrangement "take your time" in different tone mixed in front and back. The reversed piano is indeed probably a tad loud. By its sound, structure, and build it might as well have been a Depeche Mode song. And as a DM-fan, you can take that as a big compliment :)
