wel, i find the melody beneath what i expect from u zenne, its a bit vervelend na nen tijd, but i think its only the violinstring, with a long attack, klinkt zo wa zagerig.. the organsound is superb, and the tingtingting(kindabassmelody) is also very tof but the schtrings, man, delete m, hang them in tree, or just simply replace them by another sound, that original woowstrekiesound! ur my melodyman :)) rythmiks en all are very good, very cool song in general, just that freakin string man ;)
i like the concept of ur track very much... this is the wan uve sended me in previeuw... but i still think that this song gots more potential ..it builds to something but just dont arrive like i was hopping it would ... i allreddy hear melo layers fade in going into excited emotions... improviced melo's... like the dx-10 ish melodie at the end but then again...its like u made sumething which is not quite ur own emotion... God how i would like u to get virtuose on this one... i would like to do it my self ..just for phunn ...
It's a good composition for a vocal i think. Like you have it here, starting off with all the percussion there is to it, it misses something... more rhythmics would do good imo. i suggest some higher frequency percs. And btw, at 2'50'' i hear some weird harmonics.
It's a nice song, verry sad with those minimalistic pianonotes, but as often with your songs, they lack something ear-catching, something that you remind about the song afterwards. But I thing it would fit perfectly in one of your live sets, where this kind of songs gets an extra dimension, caus it's live and more atmospheric, and caus the songs get mixed onto eachother too.
