sounds very midi to me... it has good ideas but the overal sound is very naked, it's not warm. As for composition - don't want to sound to hard - but it is quite boring to my taste. Around 3'21" there is a short volumeboost and it recurs afterwards. Sorry, I don't like the song. Your other one - jazz moods is way way better so I do believe you got talent but I don't hear it in this one.
