Waauw, i really like this track! Great beat, very original! I havent heard the original but this here rocks... But i have the feeling it's all a bit abrupt and harsh. It could use some (less harsh) strings to empower the voice a bit more maybe...
Its a demo and its harsh indeed. I didn't have the intent to make it all sound fresh and nice, its harsh and i like to listen to it like that, thanks for your remark.

Don't know the original song.. (sorry) Don't really like d&b, but this reminds me a little to the jungle days, so.. Anyway, like the heavy bass sound, the strings and atmospheres used in the song are very nice! Lovely..
