this is the first breakbeat track i produced. I think its quiote finished(spended most of the time on the beat, no samples where used) enjoy... and feel the flow :)
your rythm are too breaked and mix too flat, add more change . continue :)
Different drums are required, dirtier ones. The percustuff you have now sounds more like a real drummer in a rock band, it would be better to remaster the drums separately to give them a more electronic touch/nastier. send each channel in the drumrack to a separate mixing channel and remix and EQ 'em that way. Kick louder, snare fatter/harsher.
needs a fat bass, rest is cool... thumb up
to rabauw: jeah i know what you mean about the drums, but it was meant to sound like a real drummer, cause i was experementating with some real drumkits but i will try to make them give a more electronic touch and see how it comes out.
