Man yeah, good ravy/old trance melo's, very fresh... The kick is indeed more powerful, but a variation on the sound, like making it drier, would be nice i think, to make a very powerful climax... Turning it into a really newskool science-fiction like story could be a good idea to explore, if you maybe want to explore something else...well, just an idea, m'kay :)) Nice job again
Tnx man! Yeah i know what you mean about the kick, but i had to compress and eq it a bit cause it was clipping, it normaly had more power...
very nice melodies man, but a bit too trancy for my taste.. but very nice finished track :) only sound comment i can give is that I think you should cut more bass out of the synths, they tend to push it away sometimes
yepyep, good track, really sounds old and thats a good thing :). about the mastering , it seems pretty good not much to say really, maybe make your percussion a litlle bit clearer, sometimes it sounds a bit dull.
kewl track but not much low end especially the bassline seems to be pushed away by the other snds
Good well filled song but indeed you have a serious bass issue here. Try to lower volume on your leads a bit, give them a bit more low end (no bass!!) because they're the ones screaming your dB up to the roof. Then give percussion some more room. Highpass everything except kick and bass very very hard (-90db in cooledit works great!) below 80hz. Give bass and kick more subs and bass by raising your volume of them (or compressing them) and by cutting down frequencies from 200-1000hz. You have more than enough mids in your kick (not sure about the bass).
Tnx for the advice!
tnx mr. Anonymous! I would let u know if i knew who you are :p greets
Heared it earlier, and liked it.I think you can pump it up a tad more, and clean up some sounds, i think some small details would make it much better, nice work so far.Grtz
very cool track!!! indeed has that wonderfull oldskool atmo, love it. you use great melodies, sometimes a bit trancy, but never too cheesy, and that's the most important. only remark i can think off is that your bassline could be a bit more strong and more rolling. thump up for sure!!!
