Originally I made this track with a very commercial Tiësto-type lead instrument. Even though it sounded very good, after looking hours for something more "acid" I replaced it with the current sound... I used the Saturator device of Live for that, hence the title :p
not bad! Maybe to much limiting on the total tracks, sounds a little bit squashed but nice track!
nice track indeed, but sounds a bit to flat i think also, try to put more depth in it. maybe rrange melo bit more, sounds sometimes very simple. thumbs up
yeah, I think I wanted to make the track sound loud, used EQ on some instruments to amplify highs or lows and in the end everything gets squashed :) I've read now that you should filter frequencies away with EQ, not amplify. So I guess I violated that rule here. Don't know if I will remake this one, I think rather to keep it in mind for the next track. Thanks for the tips guys.
