Humm... I'am agree. this is surely not real techno, but for, this very not hardtrance... I can call it some acid-happy-tech-step, but as a lot of people said on e-be, lack of sub-genre adjective let me post that in techno sectio, but after ur comment, I think i'll move it in acid section... Ha and for "the soulless rapid sounds" I can talk about your "soulless boring sounds" in your 'techno' :-D but who cares ?
