Ah! A brandnew Rabauw comment! :) It has been weeks for me to... Since were no longer moderators, I've taken a little Ebel vacation ;) (Lots of work in preparation to my 'real' holidays' also...) I thank you for your wonderful comment, pls do come again ;) This also is the first track on which I've worked this 'long' in Ableton... I've been doing some catching up & been reading/seeing some tuts on some basics in Ableton which I hadn't figured out yet :) I like it more & more I must say... At the end of the track, there's indeed a little 'remontéke' :-).... (I've used it twice, once to retake in the middle of the song & once near the end, to stop it... This was kinda done on purpose to have that effect at the end where people say 'huh'... Does it stop like that? Go on!!! :) But your crash/swoosh suggestion should indeed do the finishing trick... Thx mate! I'll put it in later.. Cu next time mate! grtz!
Ah! New Funky track! It's been weeks since I last logged in at ebel, I check the muzik page, I notice a new Funky track... "ah, let's check it out!". This is guuuuuud! When I'm listening to it, it actually makes me realize I kinda missed ebel ;-). Though it never has had a serious priority due to my busy job and all of my other activities, I still love the community and this song reminded me of the quality that ebel has! I thoroughly enjoyed your track mate. Not your best I'd say, nothing spectacular or innovative either, just smooth and guuuuuud stuff! Typical Funky-filtering action, no intro but don't think this track needs one. Just get straight to business! ;-) I really like your idea for the end of the song, just need to prolongue your mp3 a bit, the song fades, then returns and has a pounding finish but then it's all muted. At the last measure I'd suggest a crash and a swoosh/wave sound fade-out, to really finish it off. Just a suggestion he menneke ;-) greetz amigo!
and the winning lottery numbers are: 2, 11, 14, 27, 29, 33 and extra number 32! no seriously, this is some phat stuff. kinda reminds me of daft punk in some way... great skills and musical feeling!
