I like the melody ! Just accelerate the track, or it will keep sounding like house music :p I like the vocal samples too, they need reverb and 2/4 delay or something like that ! Mmmh i really like the overall idea, that's a good track ! It just needs some more production work to make it really more trancy ! It has potential, what did you produced it with ?
