There's just one thing, Some chords have too much tension in them, and mostly unresolved, especially in the beggining... I don't think its something you really want in a 'sad' labelled song ! Again its your taste that makes it your own so I am in no way a good critic. I am just stating my point of view. Anyway its very nice, and i dont think its finished... still need some plotting, like a story, with a nice finish, sad or good... or ongoing... like a fade out
