first off all would like to say i like this song it has a good spacey feeling.i have a few notes though:first of all i think the cymbal/crash thing is to loud and to long, if you make it shorter it will give more power to the groove the kick should be more in front(it think you should compress it better to give more punch) the woodblock thing is to loud.so i think it's almost finished it's only a leveling and end mastering .besure to give that kick more puch, more body, more in front.good song .it sounds alittle like progressive in my ears(for what i know of that genre) but house is the best choise on this site.greets
icteder---> thanks for concil ;) i will work on the master for a beter sound, and change some sound here and there... more beats... for the kick iv gat some idees.. héhé;) wat do you mean when you talk about compress the kick??? i dont really understaind wat wana tell me... compress it?? peace ;) jin
there is a surtain effect it's called a compressor it's a commonly used effect to limit volumes or to bring up more silent noise in the background more to the foreground.you can dramaticly change the character of a sound or even an endmix.you should check the internet for it ,find some info cuz i can not explain the whole thing in english.but check it out :good limiting and compression are essential to make it sound pro.greets
I like it a lot, but icteder is right about the mastering though. The beat could use a little more punch and the bassline is a bit out of control, but I think when that's over with, a lot of people will like this track. greetz
yeah i think that also it can use some beter mastering but you can trie to lower your low freq. it wil not sound so blure but it's a nice track nice melody's keep up the good work Greetz KL
