A pretty emo-ambient-ish track again; I started with a few guitar notes and 2 piano chords and built a track around it. Pretty pleased with the outcome; although the song is 8 minutes long, I think/hope it doesn't get boring. Made with my guitar, pianoteq VST, some pads, lot of reverb, some drums [b]EDIT[/b]: I raised the volume, cuz it was mastered waayy to quiet, raised the low frequencies of the piano chords and I put the glitchkes a bit louder. Despite your comments I left the drums as they were, cuz it was my intention from the start to keep it simple qua drums. for me it's 100% finished now...I think Comments still welcome though!
oh man, you gave ma a momentary lapse of chillheid, konnek echt goe gebruiken, ben hier balorig aan het worden van m'n eigen lawijt... van mij mag er wel nog wa meer geritsel en kraakerige beatjes in, zo zachtjes, gelijk mum of valgeir sigurdson da doen. ma voor de rest niets dan lof ;)
yep, very chill, nice sounding melodies, title fits perfectly. emo without getting cheesy. cool beat. respect!
i also think the beats are a bit too 'in the background', maybe make them a bit more prominent at the end? a very good one nonetheless
haha :p "kutt mogwai, explosions en sigur ros-vergelijkingen grrrrr" neenee dat zijn eigelijk wel schuune complimenten : ) en blijkbaar hebk toch al een herkenbare omyiga-sound dus who cares hé thanks for comments/suggestions ^^
gij en melo's=succes nice, it allready sounds darn pro to me, I'll check the mastering at home and let you know schoontje (ow en ik volg den partiekel op vlak van breaks, zou nog net ietsjes meer kunnen zijn)
This has some sigur ros vibe i think! very nice...it's the good weather i guess :) moody n sunny at the same time....thumb

weer een goedje é! what i like about omyiga is that you are so very omyiga, the atmo melo's and stuff, always very omyiga can't compare it to something else about the song, great atmosphere and melo's, liking a lot the piano the beat could use a little bit more attention allez, the clicks and stuff, a little bit too subtle for me, or it's just the idmmer in me speaking ;) qua mix i'd suggest tighter bass maybe some more mids?
