sweet as pie... (again) needs lyrics but can't find time to record them... it feels like a russian song sometimes but can't find out why.. prolly because of some chords in the chorus. To my standards it's a rather short song. I'm glad with the rythm... fully programmed but don't sound like it.

Varanof, this will be part of a longer song with vocals so if you find it a little empty it's mainly because of the lack of vocals imho. Did you listen through your headies?, there are quite some little details hidden in the wall. (silent guitarnotes, variation in rythm, some distorted sounds in the final part...) For a song of 3minutes it contains quite some elements... I'm working on a piano+vocal intro (about 1min30) and some live sax. Need to rehearse them some more and record.
The sound of the chorus is good. Indeed needs vocals. I think it's strange that the strings/chorus sometime just stop. I like your theremin alike lead at the end. percussion is way too "braaf" but then again your mix is clean.
rythm is realy nice the little whistling synth at the end too (with the portamento) the bass synth too (you know, with the portamento, but the other, the bass :) ) the guitar is nice other thing are nice too but damn, why is it sooooo smily !!! :)) is life so beautifull ??? do we need to kill your cat to make you understand ???? ok, thumbs up for this time :))
glad I don't have a cat, brad! maybe that's why I'm so happy... cats always look so depressed and lazy and transfer that feeling to their masters... (don't have adog either...)
